- Additional rooms such as connecting dining/living rooms or extra bathrooms/en-suites could incur a surcharge of £18 (inc VAT) per room
- If the tenants wish to renew the contract at the end of the fixed term of the AST contract we charge an administration of £180 (inc VAT) per Property.
- If a tenant(s) wishes to break the contract and replace themselves on the tenancy we charge £120 (inc VAT) for the outgoing tenant to cover the costs of the Deed Of Assignment and £120 (inc VAT) for the incoming tenant to cover the costs of the referencing and administration
